Our most popular gutter covers are the Smart Flow and Raytec Leaf Guard Systems (some call them a gutter guard, leaf guard, leaf screen, and more). Installed by our own installers and have a "never clog" lifetime guarantee.
Soffit and fascia boards run under the roof's edge. Prior to gutter installation, we sometimes must recommend repairing or replacing rotted fascia boards to ensure a firm support for the gutter. A free estimate will allow us to examine and point out any areas of concern that may require attention.

The function of gutter is to keep rain water from damaging your home. However, we live in an area that often is surrounded by trees that drop leaves and debris into your gutter. If your gutter is full of leaves and debris, water cannot go into your gutter causing the very problem your gutter was designed to stop.
Bob Walker, the owner of B&C Seamless made it his personal quest to find the perfect leaf guard. Like most people, he does NOT enjoy cleaning out his gutters. He tried various type of leaf guards, gutter helmets, and gutter screens. He learned the vinyl products cracked and crumbled after a few short years. The screens collapsed under a small amount of weight. Both the vinyl and the screens allowed the debris to rest on top of the gutter, let too much debris get into the gutter, AND had to be removed to clean the gutters every other season. He discovered that the gutter helmets were strong, looked good, and did not allow any debris to rest on top, but DID allow debris to get into the gutter… so much debris, he had to clean them out each season.
Both Smart Flow and Raytec leaf guards allowed a little of the debris to rest on the top of the gutter, and allowed only minute pieces of dust to get into the gutter. He left the leaf guard on his gutter for several years. Water went into the gutter and came out the downspouts exactly as it should. The little bit of debris that rested on top and didn’t blow off with the breeze was easily swept off if desired, but not necessary to the health of the gutter. He’s so confident in the Smart Flow and Raytec leaf guard, that he offers the life-time, no-clog guarantee. Fascia is the trim sections covering the rafter “tails” under the roofing that extends past your home’s exterior walls. Gutter is attached to your fascia. It is very important that your fascia is sturdy and in good shape prior to gutter installation. We install fascia using strong screws long enough to make sure the fascia is firmly attached to each rafter “tail” so your gutter will remain attached securely to your home for the life of your gutter.
